Network Team Lead


This organization is seeking an experienced Network Team Leader to manage a team of 5 engineers and coordinate day to day assigned Incidents and Requests.

It is a permanent opportunity and offers hybrid working arrangements (3 days from office and 2 days from home). You will report to the Director of ICT.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the allocation of ITSM Requests and Incidents for day to day BAU
  • Allocate resources and ensure that project deliverables and timelines are agreed and achieved
  • Provide technical and operational oversite for data centres
  • Ensure that network and ICT security technologies and systems are implemented and supported
  • Accountable for ICT Services Disaster Recovery Planning and associated emergency procedures
  • Recruit, develop and retain staff

Required

  • Broad technical knowledge and experience, in both hardware and software, of enterprise networks, datacenters, ICT Infrastructures systems, AV Infrastructure, ICT Security and associated systems and architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to a team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the ITIL service management framework
  • Ability to prioritise workloads assigning resources to projects and delivering ICT technical project work packages based on agreed timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation and influencing skills
