About the role


The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of up to 15 Customer Service operators.

It is a 6 months contract role with possible extensions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate workload to the team members
  • Progress reporting
  • Draft project reports and briefings to the management team and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to successful delivery of programs and projects

Required:


  • Strong customer experience or operations experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • An understanding of the retail energy market and regulatory experience
  • Great stakeholder engagement and ability to build trust and rapport
  • Excellent communication skills
