About the role
The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of up to 15 Customer Service operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate workload to the team members
- Progress reporting
- Draft project reports and briefings to the management team and key stakeholders
- Contribute to successful delivery of programs and projects
Required:
- Strong customer experience or operations experience
- Experience leading teams
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- An understanding of the retail energy market and regulatory experience
- Great stakeholder engagement and ability to build trust and rapport
- Excellent communication skills
