    P&C Coordinator

    The Opportunity:

    As the P&C Coordinator, your role will encompass driving performance, engagement and innovation in the workplace. As a vital member of the People team, you'll play a key role in shaping culture and supporting employees.

    Working with the People Team, you will lead the coordination and delivery of the Wellbeing Program, contribute to posting engaging content across platforms, and coordinate activities like employee awards and performance cycles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the coordination and implementation of wellbeing initiatives.
    • Manage content coordination across internal and external multimedia platforms, including internal communications and social media.
    • Coordinate employee excellence awards, performance cycles, and other people-related initiatives.
    • Coordinate graduate, internship & work experience programs including sourcing, promotion, interview scheduling and onboarding.
    • Develop compelling presentations and communications for various HR initiatives.
    • Provide administrative support to senior members of the People team.
