Description
We are looking for a full time People and Culture Administration Assistant who will be part of an effective and well-regarded People and Culture team in Melbourne.
The role provides important administrative support to the People and Culture team. The role holder will assist the team by preparing the documentation required throughout the employee lifecycle.
The role holder will work closely with the team to support the employee experience ensuring our service is friendly, timely, and effective.
The key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update the employee files, trackers, and databases, particularly around the starters and leavers process
- Managing the P&C inbox, being the first point of contact.
- Providing policy advice as appropriate.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding experiences, liaising with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with P&C policies and employment laws
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
