About the role

The Payroll and P&C Coordinator is a multi-faceted role with its primary focus on delivering timely and accurate fortnightly payroll and supporting the P&C team with administrative tasks and maintaining appropriate systems.

This role will provide professional and customer focused service and support to our people throughout the employee lifecycle specialising in payroll and administrative support from onboarding through to off-boarding, with effective and efficient payroll processing and transactional services across the organisation.

About you

You thrive in an agile and fast paced environment and have the ability to think through problems in a structured way.

You are a team player with exceptional skills in collaboration and the ability to achieve results through building effective partnerships.

You will have demonstrated experience across payroll services and administration with a passion in providing great customer service. Knowledge and understanding of TechOne highly desirable, HRIS or payroll system and HR software systems.
