- Set, communicate and execute the store strategy to deliver year on year growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial targets and implement necessary changes for improvement.
- Ensure the store is effectively staffed for seasonal peaks and troughs.
- Oversee and effectively manage total store operations, including opening and closing activities
- Effectively manage all people management activities in accordance with company practices.
- Build a high performance and safe work culture within the store.
- Lead by example and provide a great customer experience with a high level of sales skill
