Tradelink are currently in search of an experienced
State Sales Support Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading and managing state-based sales support resources, including Estimating and Project Coordinating teams.


The Role:

As a
State Sales Support Manager, your primary objective will be to ensure proactive and value-adding support functions, driving efficient and accurate outcomes across all aspects of estimating and project coordinating to deliver on the Tradelink vision "To be our customer's first choice".


You will be responsible for:


  • Drive adherence to policy, process, and procedure within project coordinating teams.
  • Deliver consistent, professional, accurate, and timely project quotations.
  • Develop detailed and accurate tangible performance metrics for team workflow, output, and accuracy.
  • Manage accurate project schedules and date management.
  • Drive centrally managed and accurate data entry for customer and jobspecific contracts.
  • Maximize sales conversion opportunities, working cohesively with sales teams and the branch network.

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial, sales, operational, and/or customer service experience, preferably in the plumbing or construction environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial sales process.
  • Experience in direct management of teams in fastpaced and competitive environments.
