    Description
    ABOUT OUR CLIENT
    Our client specializes in commercial renovations, office fit outs, shop fit outs, and building interiors in Melbourne & Victoria. They have a history of delivering successful commercial interior projects across Australia.

    Based in the CBD, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their privately owned organization and secure projects for the future. The cycles for marketing work in this role can vary from 3 months up to 2 years, with project values ranging from $100K into the millions!

    Even if you haven't worked in this specific field before, don't worry. Our client welcomes candidates with sales or business development experience in commercial real estate, tenant advisory, property development, design, or construction. Some key skills and responsibilities for this position include:
    • Someone who enjoys cold calling for new business
    • Confidence in picking up the phone and making calls – (avoiding reliance on emails)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage at all levels
    • An existing network of contacts to collaborate with, along with the need to expand and introduce new contacts to secure future business
    The client is willing to offer a highly competitive base salary for a top candidate who is ambitious, motivated, and committed to succeeding in this position!
    OTE - $220K - $250K
