Royalty in the Industry, this opportunity will provide an up-and-coming Property Development Professional with the chance to learn from experienced and passionate Leaders in the Built Form Residential and Commercial Development space. With ambitions to acquire and deliver premium city-fringe apartment/townhouse and commercial projects, this private Developer has a current focus on High-End and Luxury Apartment/Townhouse projects in affluent Melbourne areas such as Brighton, Toorak and Malvern.

Your Role:

Frontend feasibility and due diligence / ongoing market research of potential development sites and market forecasting
Building a strong network of trusted and reliable contacts (such as real estate agents & town planners)
Manage design, townplanning and the coordination of consultant teams on projects
Managing the preparation, distribution and presentation of reports for PCG meetings, as well as minute taking and other administration
Support to the Development Director throughout the delivery phase and with management of of sales and marketing activities.

You will have:

Property related Degree + 5 + years of industry experience you may come from valuations, construction, commercial real estate or be
a current ADM/DM looking for more scope and responsibility:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines & high attention to detail
Good written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about your career in property and an interest in premium residential development
