- Strategic planning and management of key customer relationships, ensuring long term loyalty to EBOS Healthcare;
- Support key supplier relationships and mutually beneficial initiatives;
- Deliver a growth strategy based on expansion into new and changing markets;
- Commercial assessment of customer contracts, and overall business performance;
- Achieve business growth and meet budgeted NSV, GP and Margin performance expectations.
- Previous experience in sales management and/or similar senior account management roles;
- Aged Care, Healthcare or industry related field preferred;
- Organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and functions;
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage and influence at all levels;

The Role
EBOS Healthcare have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven National Corporate Account Manager to join their Aged Care sales tea. In this role you will assume the national management and leadership responsibility within a defined customer portfolio to drive sales and margin growth in line with the business unit strategic plan.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will also contribute to the commercial growth performance of Aged Care and enhance market share and sustainable increased profitability, while driving sales compliance to EBOS Healthcare strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures.
