As an experienced Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building strategic relationships, unlocking value, and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll take charge of a diverse portfolio of accounts, creating and executing strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Your exceptional relationship-building skills will be put to use as you become the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and value is maximized.

You will:

- be a key player in identifying growth opportunities, translating insights into value for our members,

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to act on member feedback.
Be involved in supporting regional teams in engaging with local councils, advisory groups, and committees to uncover new business prospects.

ABOUT YOU
This is no ordinary Account Manager role; it's a unique blend of relationship management and business development. If you're commercially savvy, driven, and passionate about achieving results, we want to hear from you.

Your track record of success
- account management or client relationship management, ideally from industries like Accounting, Financial Services, Financial Software, or Banking, will set you up for success.

Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills will enable you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
