Are you an experienced B2B Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales? Our client, a leading provider of B2B SaaS solutions, is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join their growing team in Sydney.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop new business, nurture existing client relationships, and contribute to sales strategies that drive results.

If you have 2-5 years of experience in sales/account management roles, are an Australian citizen, and possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, this could be the perfect opportunity for you


Responsibilities:


  • Develop new business opportunities by analyzing account potential, initiating sales, and recommending sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through indepth analysis of current business and evaluation of additional needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the internal support team to deliver the right solution to customers at the right time.
  • Address challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed.
  • Initiate the sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within the territory.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare reports on account status and performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the reporting manager.
  • Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results, identifying needs to be filled, and monitoring competitive products.

Preferences:


  • 25 years of experience in sales/account management roles.
  • Australian citizen (Australian born)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Indepth understanding of B2B SaaS products.
