About the role:

  • Build a relationship with all clients and manage customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage sales of computer hardware, software and services to existing account clients
  • Identify further sales opportunities with existing companies
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and project proposals to existing clients
  • Work on tenders for new business as required, working alongside the sales team
  • Manage the procurement process, purchasing customer hardware and software and managing the hardware set up process with the Acrotec Helpdesk
  • Hold regular account planning meetings with clients to understand their business and look for business opportunities
  • Provide technical advice to clients so they are provided with the most relevant solutions for their business
  • Work closely with the Senior Technicians on complex matters and proposals and implementation projects
  • Have a strong hand on knowledge of O365 environments, Azure, networks and network infrastructure

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager within or servicing the technology industry
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Sales experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of the industry and technical solutions available for clients
  • Full work rights for Australia
  • Lives in close proximity to the Northern Beaches
