I am a graduate in University of New South Wales with Master degree major in Finance and Bachelor of Science degree major in both Statistics and Mathematics.  Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise with solid knowledge in fund accounting, fund operation, fund administration and client services of variety of products including ETF, Mutual Fund, Unit Trust, Pension fund, Hedge fund, Fixed Income fund, Retail Fund and Cayman Fund.  I have played a key role in the development & day-to-day management of ETF activities and act as focal point of contact for clients.

My organizational, analytical, technical and prioritization skills have developed and enhanced with various projects that carried out like addition of trading counter, name change of the ETF and different business transformation and change management project. 

My proven track of record of archiving tangible results and driving continuous improvement, foster a culture of collaboration and achievements makes me an ideal candidate to address these challenges head on.  I have led and coach a completely new team for offshore service centers to develop and implement process improvement, such as streamlining product workflow, quality control and regular review on the workflow.
