About The Role:
- Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reachout and negotiation to confirmation of payment.
- Work closely with the Customer Success, finance and sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts' growth.
- Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
- Maintain a rolling 90day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (upsell, addon, crosssell, etc.).
- Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
- Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests.
Your Experience & Skills:
- 24 years of relevant experience in Account Management/Renewal Management/Customer Success ideally in SaaS companies
- Drive and own the renewal process E2E
