    Based at our Redbank depot, you will be the main conduit of communication between the Brisbane Branch and Northline's National Call Centre assisting Northline's customers to have a positive experience. are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Officer to join our depot in Kenwick.

    Ideally you will enjoy working in a small team, have strong multi-tasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure from an operational perspective that Northline customers have a smooth and positive experience.
    • Managing quarantined freight and ensuring issues are resolved in an efficient manner.
    • Ensure any paperwork errors, missing/mismatched, non-conforming or ineligible information is rectified in a prompt manner and reported.
    • Complete depot searches where all findings are to be advised to the Service Centre.
    • Contacting all customers with freight held at the depot to organise collection/delivery.

    As a successful candidate you will have:

    • A customer centric approach to problem solving.
    • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Good time management skills coupled with a high attention to detail.
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines and still have an eye for detail.
    • Moderate levels of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and strong data entry skills.
