Customer Service Officer required for Growing Leading Finance Company based in the CBD.


Working in an inbound call centre you will be handling queries, offering solutions and identifying cross-selling opportunities for the sales team.

Delivering consistently excellent customer service and first "call" resolution on every interaction with a customer is their goal.


The Person:


  • Will enjoy spending speaking to their customers on the phone or live chat
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high volume contact centre environment
  • Ability to identify crosssell opportunities or retention issues
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team assisting coworkers where needed
  • Have excellent judgement to listen to the customer needs and offer them the best solution, product and service
This position requires you to be available to work on a roster between

7am - 7pm Monday to Friday.

Ideally you will have previous experience in banking, finance or insurance.
