Client Details

Adecco is currently recruiting for one of Australia's largest long steel manufacturers supplying customers in large scale, nation building infrastructure, building, construction, rural and mining sectors.

To provide excellence in customer service for external and internal customers.

The Customer Service Officer role supports the Sales Team and External Customers by ensuring brand and product integrity, financial performance and operational standards are maintained.

Profile
You are someone who values teamwork, safety and has a strong desire to succeed.

You enjoy a fast-paced environment and have experience:

Keen to join a highperforming and collaborative team
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships (both internal and external customers).
Provide technical/specialist advice and product information to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective engagement and positive attitude.
Support Account Managers and Residential Sales Manager.
Manage Purchase Order process for inventory, noninventory items, transfers, and other services.
