Based in Brisbane City - Inbound Customer Service Officer

inbound Customer Service Officer required for Growing Finance Company based in the CBD.


Working in an inbound call centre you will be handling customer queries, offering solutions and identifying cross-selling opportunities for the sales team.

Delivering consistently excellent customer service and first "call" resolution on every interaction with a customer is their goal.


The Person:


  • Will enjoy spending speaking to their customers on the phone or live chat
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high volume contact centre environment
  • Ability to identify crosssell opportunities or retention issues
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team assisting coworkers where needed
  • Have excellent judgement to listen to the customer needs and offer them the best solution, product and service
This position requires you to be available to work on a roster between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday.

Ideally you will have previous experience in banking/finance industry.
