The Opportunity:


We currently have an opportunity available for a customer-centric person to join the well-established Customer Service team in our Murarrie office.


The purpose of this role is to process and manage customer orders and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products, whilst ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and capturing sales order details accurately for entry into SAP (i.e. customer details, stock levels, delivery detail, and pricing.)
  • Maintaining accurate and timely delivery dates.
  • Acting on changes to orders, such as model numbers, stock availability, order detail changes, etc.
  • Improving customer relations through the prompt and professional handling of inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensuring customers are kept informed about their sales order and delivery.

The person:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience working in sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone manner.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • Good time management and the ability to manage competing demands in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good attitude to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Previous experience with SAP and/or Salesforce will be highly regarded.
