About the company:

Utilise your experience in customer service to enhance the member experience of a large nationally recognisable financial services provider.

We are looking for those with excellent call handling abilities to want to advance their career with comprehensive training and internal support.

About the role:


  • You will be dealing with a wide variety of customer, employer and third party queries relating to superannuation funds and associated queries
  • You will be providing a solutions based approach to each individual query
  • You will be required to assist customers with maximising their superannuation funds for future retirement
  • You will be required to complete any associated processing administration
  • You will be taking on average 6070 calls per day, and working on a daily basis towards quality and customer service targets/indicators
  • You will required to work 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am 6.30pm with no flexibility on a five week rotating roster

About you:


  • You will have a genuine passion for customer service and helping people, and providing the best level of service at all times
  • You will have previous experience working in either a phone based customer service or face to face customer service capacity
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in particular when dealing with sometimes sensitive situations
  • You will have a clear and concise manner when dealing with customer queries
  • You will be able to work effectively under pressure
