    13525 Sales Administrative Assistant

    Work Status: Full time - 40 hours per week
    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM to 4PM Sydney Time (4AM to 1PM Manila Time)

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support for client
    • Send emails on behalf of client
    • Request information from clients.
    • Assist Sales Leadership with reports and projects.

    Qualification and Skills

    • A background in providing strong administrative support
    • Experience in sales is a plus
    • Have strong English communication skills both written and verbal
    • High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
    • Attentive to details
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
    • Experience in Infor CRM is preferrable but not required
