Description:


Administrative requests may include, but are not limited to:

  • Setup of hardware for new starters and provide assistance with induction
  • Assist with onsite hardware and software issues and review the log of service requests
  • Maintain an up to date hardware spreadsheet
  • Participate in regular meetings with the external IT support company
  • Purchase approved hardware and software licences
  • Manage the administration inbox and complete any tasks that come through
  • Complete expense claims for four Directors
  • Provide calendar and travel management support for a Hub
  • Assist with answering telephone calls and greeting clients
  • Support the Bidding team with fee proposals when necessary
  • Work closely with the Administration team to maintain the day to day operations of the office
  • Provide administrative assistance to all areas of the business as required

Skills and Experiences:

At least 2 years' experience in a corporate office is required
High level of personal organisation, flexibility and time management
A problem solver who has strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
