Responsibilities include:
Provide a range of administrative support across the business including;
- Answering calls and handling incoming enquires
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- General office duties; ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Stakeholder management
- Event Coordination
Skills & Experience
- 2 years + experience in a similar Administration position
- Efficient and competent in MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders at all levels
