What will you be doing?
- Provide High level of Customer Service to Clients and Customers
- Lodge claims as they come in
- Supporting Claims officers as requested
- Process payments in a timely manner
- Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high standard customer service for all incoming calls
- Prepare all necessary forms, records and documentation, to include statistical analyses and reports, for all claims assigned, as required by various regulatory agencies
- Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned
What experience will you have?
- Previous experience in an administration role ideal
- Customer focused with genuine desire to help people
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Full working rights in Australia
