About Ashlynn Harvet:

Within my two years at Invennt I progressed from an assisting role, helping with office and sales administration, graphic design, events coordination and website maintenance to having added responsibilities of social media management, podcast coordination and management and assisting on client pitch deck and consulting. I therefore wore many hats and proved that I thrive with new challenges as I am always looking to take on new responsibilities. My recent move to Australia demonstrates my need to push myself out my comfort zone and I am excited to begin the next stage of my career in a fresh environment

Experience

I worked as the marketing ad office assistant for two years, acting as the first point ofconntact for clients Andy team members regarding any queries. I am a very confident person and so naturally took there of our office receptionist, acting as the first point of contact for all office queries and front of house greeting clients as they entered the office. I also fulfilled the role as a personal assistant to my manager and sales director, coordinating managers', directors', and consultants' calendars, scheduling client meetings and ensuring efficient utilisation of time. I managed office storage and inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of stationary and marketing collateral and handled incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and distributing them accordingly. Attended high stakeholder meetings to produce and then circulate meeting minutes as well as organising travel for client meetings and attending exhibitions.

I took o added responsibilities and implemented fire safety measures as a designated Fire Marshal, completing relevant training courses and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. As well as contributing to the health and well-being team, organising events and administering surveys to monitor and improve team morale and wellness initiatives.

But my role also had a lot of marketing elements and I learnt a lot. of graphic design skills, attaining certificates for the Adobe Creative Suite and being solely responsible for client and intenntal collateral. I also produced all of my companies pitch decks and I therefore have a skill for powerpoint. 

This entails a large portion of my responsibilities but I was also sole lead on social media management, podcast production and assisted on event coordination, website maintenance, salesforce administration, email marketing and client strategy. As I hope you can see from the extensive list of responsibilities I am able to rise to challenge and I am reliable. I know that I have the drive and work ethic to excel in any role and I am looking for a company that equally wants me to thrive.
