- Using your assessment skills and Aged Care experience to conduct telephone-based support plan reviews
- Completing any follow up correspondence
- Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Community Services or other health related discipline
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) when liaising with clients, assessors, external and internal stakeholders
- A professional and empathetic communication style
- Experience in a call centre environment
- A desire to genuinely better the lives of others and deliver excellent customer service
- To undertake Statement of Attainment (SOA2) Home Support Assessor training (unless already certified)
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible to work with fluctuating operational demands
- An ability to work in (and with) a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with aged care, disability or health services would be highly regarded but not essential
- Personal use of smart phone and laptop
