people2people are partnering with a Not-For-Profit organisation, based in Windsor who provide a broad range of disability and support services.

They are now seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team to support two Executive Directors within the business, for a 3-month contract period.

Fostering great organisational culture and a sense of community, this is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference and add real value.


about the role

  • Managing customer and staff enquiries
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Preparing agendas and minutes
  • Assist with projects, programs, reports and correspondence
  • Provide timely administrative support

about you

  • Demonstrated experience supporting at executive level
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Developed stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • System savvy with developed MS Office and SharePoint skills
  • Experience in administrative support to projects and programs
  • Approach all situations using sensitivity and a welcoming & inclusive attitude
  • Committed to achieving results
  • Available to commence ASAP
