The main responsibilities for the Inside Sales Leader will be driving and generating more opportunities for sales pipelines and improve sales growth.
About the role:
- Ensure sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads.
- Manage overall lead generation and qualification workflow.
- Proactively approach customers and pitch Johnson Controls products and solutions.
- Develop strategies on how to generate sales opportunities.
- Develop sales forecasts and reports to communicate with local and regional leadership.
- Conduct a range of management activities.
- Establish sales targets and KPI's for the team.
- Coach and upskill the Inside Sales team by leading training and supporting education opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience working in HVAC/BMS/Fire/Security field.
- At least 3 years experience in related position. Customer service/inside sales management preferred.
- Solid understanding of inside sales concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to identify sales and customer challenges.
- Ability to understand and contribute to the development of a business plan.
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and possess good organizational leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite including Excel.
