    The occupant must uphold strict confidentiality standards due to the sensitive nature of information handled. This position is fixed-term and offers flexibility for up to three years.

    Duties

    • Oversee and provide administrative support to the Coordinator General, with a focus on the Launceston site.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance office administration processes.
    • Support business operations by managing information flows and preparing high-level correspondence.
    • Manage the Coordinator-General's schedule, briefings, and correspondence efficiently.
    • Liaise with industry clients, government officials, and the general public.
    • Organize travel, accommodation, and event bookings.
    • Handle budget coordination, invoice payments, and information management.
    • Collaborate within the organization to facilitate communication and project management.
    • Perform other necessary duties to support the efficient functioning of the office.
