    The Role

    Project Manager/Coordinator

    Project Related: Day to day focus

    • Weekly meeting minutes for client and consultants
    • Assembling weekly and monthly reports
    • Assist in maintaining tracking tools for the project (action tracker, design tracker, risk register etc)
    • QMS procedures and record keeping
    • Assist with report submissions (collating and assembly)
    • Collating information for formal administrative project submissions (RFDs, CRFs etc)
    • Assist in developing detailed project programme (ideal)
    • Help manage projects
    • Submissions

    Office Related: Not your day to day

    • Stationary stocktake
    • Assist in collating fee proposals / submissions
    • Coordinate CPD sessions and studio events
    • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries
    • Maintain tidy studio
    • Maintain digital filing system

    Essential Software

    • Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Microsoft Project (ideal)
    • Adobe creative suite (InDesign priority)
