Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator opportunity.
D&C Fitout business specialising in Health, Retail, Hospitality, Office and Government projects.


About the role;
You must have local experience working for a Fit Out company.

  • Assist the Project Manager & Contracts Manager with the administrative functions of projects.
  • Adhere to the company's management systems, requirements of the clients, contract requirements and associated documentation.
  • Ensure that clients expectations in terms of budget, time frames and project quality are achieved.
  • Manage and meet the budget targets for the subcontractors.
  • Tender the projects to cover the full scope of works.
  • Receive, manage and process all required subcontractor documentation.
  • Ensure that progress claims and variations are paid on time.

Your experience;

  • Min 2+ years of local / relevant experience in the commercial fit out, refurbishment and construction industry.
  • Must have a detailed and in depth knowledge of the contract management process
  • Experience in assisting project teams and delivering projects
  • Advanced Microsoft project and Build logic / Jobpac knowledge.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Be a team player
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Australian drivers license
**Salary on offer $100k - $140k + super (neg)
