About the Company
Our client is an NGO committed to creating a sustainable future for the environment with a strong emphasis on circular economy.
Due to growth within the organisation and a revised sustainability strategy they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
The Person
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who is adaptable and excited by the opportunity to juggle multiple projects at once.
As the Project Coordinator, you will have exposure to variety sustainability projects which significantly impact the environment and how we live.

The Job
You will support the coordination and delivery of a suite of projects and work closely with the manager to set up and establish this newly formed PMO.
The Projects Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
Duties
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables with the project leads
- Collaborate with the Projects Manager to deliver project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk management plans, stakeholder management plans, and quality management plans
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
- Maintain professional working relationships with members, regulators, industry representatives, special interest groups, governments and the notforprofit sector
- Assist in assessing project success against defined indicators and provide recommendations for improvements
Skills and Experience
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel and MS suite
- Knowledge of business administration and experience in project and program management
- A genuine passion and interest in sustainability, within recycling, waste or circular economy
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Can do attitude, problem solver and team member who is eager to learn
- Relevant qualifications in project management, communications, environment or sustainability
