Government Sector | Full-Time | 2 Days WFH | $94,636 + Superannuation| Southwest Location

Do you have a passion for project coordination, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment? As a Project Coordinator you will be part of exciting large-scale demolition, decommissioning, traffic management and solar projects that have a direct impact on the community.

You will be working with a dynamic team and you will have the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders.


The Role

  • Tasks and duties will include:_
  • Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Gathering, validating and documenting milestones
  • Preparing quarterly reports
  • Activity reporting
  • Monitoring milestones
  • Filing and other adhoc admin duties

About You

  • To be successful in this role you need:_
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • To be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • To have the ability to understand and work with numbers
  • To be able to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently
  • Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
  • MS Project experience (desirable)
