The Company
My client is a construction company based in the Lower North Shore. With a current turnover of $100M employing 60 staff across NSW & VIC.

They deliver new build and refurbishment projects ranging from $1M - $150M within the healthcare, industrial & data centre sectors.

The Role

My client is looking for a genuine and honest Project Coordinator to be based in Alexandria on a Data Centre project.

This opportunity provides a platform to grow with the business.

You will be responsible for working with the contracts administration and project team.

Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent
Ideally 35 years' post grad experience as a Project coordinator or Contract Administrator
Experience working on construction projects in excess of $20M in value
Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
