Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and an IT education background? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Project Coordinator We are seeking a dynamic and quick learner who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, as this position requires working on multiple projects and with different project managers.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project team meetings and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and changes
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks with the support of team members
  • Assist in creating project documentation and reports
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and advanced MS Excel to organize project data and generate reports
  • Leverage basic IT understanding or IT education background to ensure technical requirements are met
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively to manage multiple projects and Project Managers
  • Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure project success

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in a similar IT coordination role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, advanced MS Excel skills preferred
  • Basic understanding of IT or IT education background
  • Dynamic and quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Based at Rockdale, available for 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
