    Digital Account Manager

    THE ROLE

    This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join Havas Media as a Digital Account Manager and be part of the rapidly expanding team in a collaborative, outcome obsessed, data driven integrated agency.

    Working closely with digital team and wider Havas Media teams, and reporting up to the Group Business Director, your key duties will involve managing all digital media strategy, planning, implementation, admin, tracking and reporting of digital campaigns. You will also work closely with the junior Digital team members and implementation resource to manage development and campaign delivery to exceed client goals.

    As our Digital Account Manager, you will have already demonstrated proficiency across performance digital channels, with solid client management and campaign planning experience. Ideally you will have experience across programmatic buying, but we are happy to train in this area. You will have the ambition to challenge the norm and drive innovation through testing new technologies and buying methods.

    Day to day, your role will involve the following core responsibilities:

  • End to end digital campaign management from research & strategy through to post reporting
  • Manage the planning, implementation and optimisation of campaigns across all digital channels: Search, Programmatic, Display, Video, Audio and Paid Social
  • Managing client relationships, comms & processes
  • Management of media plans, MBAs and client approval process
  • Reporting and insight generation in Datorama
  • Developing advanced measurement and attribution processes
  • Continually researching & meeting new digital tech & data partners
  • Using 3rd party and proprietary planning & research tools to provide the wider team with insight during the planning process and drive our Digital thinking
  • Management & development of tagging & audience strategies
  • Update and attend client WIPs
  • Digital admin including WIPs, pacing, timesheets and invoicing
  • Maintaining and improving internal process
  • Attend media presentations & events
  • Contribute towards team & agency culture
  • To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Live and breathe the digital environment with a strong knowledge of the landscape
  • Be positive and proactive in your approach
  • Have an analytical mind but not short on creativity
  • Project management skills and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, publishers, partners & clients
  • Experience with, or a desire to, manage the delivery & development of juniors
  • Proficiency across the Google stack preferential but not vital
