Position Purpose


The Account Manager is the single first point of contact and is responsible for managing all marketing campaigns and projects for specified named accounts.

This role involves a core focus on building relationships within the account to build, expand and sell CAPITAL-e services while ensuring all current projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Pending volume of work, the Account Manager may also assist to provide advice on other accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact on all client communications
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and build on these relationships
  • Provide general and cross channel marketing support for specified CAPITALe clients
  • Setup regular communications and meetings with clients
  • Coordination of campaign and project logistics with vendors and suppliers when required
  • Provide inhouse support when required
  • Have regular one to one meetings with Executive Staff, and provide updates of projects and the team
  • Oversee the campaign and project planning, design, budgeting and production of the teams projects
  • Review working documents from the team including; Project Plans, Budgets, Working Decks and other project related documents
  • Produce and update clientfacing decks and documents when required
  • Develop and maintain campaign and project budget daily and as agreed with client
  • Creation of agency briefs based on lenient briefing
  • Postproject reporting, debrief and analysis with the client and all stakeholders
  • With your expertise assist the team with processes and requirements
  • Lead the team so all projects are organised and delivered to an exceptional standard
  • Build relationships with suppliers to ensure we get the best solution, results and best pricing
  • Look for opportunities to expand the clients delivery to support their high level goals
  • Set up regular one to one meetings with your reports when required
  • Some international and national travel required on occasion

Experience/Qualifications Required To Perform This Position:

  • Cross channel marketing B2B knowledge essential
  • Experience running high volume of large and small scale campaigns often with many running simultaneously
  • A minimum of 3 years account management experience preferred
  • Experience using Google Docs, Excel, Word
  • A degree in Marketing / Communications preferable
