The Role:

As an Account Manager reporting into the National Sales Manager, you'll drive growth by exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while sourcing new accounts in Sydney and NSW South.
Success hinges on grasping the assistive mobility and rehabilitation market, crafting effective account-based plans, and nurturing customer relationships within targeted segments across B2B, Hospital and private accounts.
You'll identify new business opportunities, manage accounts through regular communication and reporting, and provide technical sales support. Navigate the market landscape and implement plans for growth and profitability.Key responsibilities include:
- Account Management & Strategic Planning
- Identify and uncover business growth opportunities
- Ensure high levels of activity with customers
- Work collaboratively as part of a highly capable national team
- Develop and present monthly business plans
- CRM system upkeep and reporting
- Strive for excellence and continued personal development
Skills & Experience
- Selfmotivated individual with proven sales background
- Alternatively, a clinical a background as Nurse, OT, or Physiotherapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
- Ability to develop accountbased plans
- Prioritise a targeted channel strategy to achieve sales targets
- Territorybased sales experience, highly regarded
- Australian Driver's License required
