About Us

Join our dynamic Fees and Reporting team within the Student Administration Portfolio at Murdoch University and play a vital role in core student administration functions including admissions, advance standing, student enrolments, fees, results and graduations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a student's administrative journey.

The Role

As the Fees and Reporting Officer you will actively support the team in the delivery of all student fee and international student reporting activities. Your primary responsibility will be working closely with students for the assessment of remission of debt requests and assessment and disbursement of refund requests. In this role you are also responsible for the assessment and issue of Confirmation of Enrolment for International students in response to changes in students' enrolment as well as the update of individual student records in the Provider Registration and International Student Management Systems (PRISMS). Officers will also take responsibility for reporting requirements under the Tertiary Collection of Student Information (TCSI) framework.

What you'll bring to this role

Degree with subsequent work experience; or an equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education/training.

Understanding of current regulatory requirements relating to student administration

Highly effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

Experience in administering financial programs including providing ongoing monitoring of compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Analytical and problem solving skills
