Are you a seasoned property manager looking for a change of pace? This may be your ideal role.
My client is looking for a PERMANENT PART-TIME, INSPECTIONS OFFICER to join their recently rebranded boutique office. You will play an integral role and be an important addition to their growing team.
The Company

Having recently acquired a new portfolio, the new directors have thrown their blood sweat and tears into a complete vibrant rebrand and newly fully refurbished office.

They have even added a fantastic new kitchen, private bathroom (with shower) and individual lockers for you to safely store your belongings and freshen up after a day out on the road.

They are focused on always delivering exemplary, personalised service to their property owners and tenants and due to growth, the Head of Department is seeking to add an Inspections Officer to work alongside her.

This is truly a unique opportunity for you to focus on the task at hand, being property inspections and not having to run a portfolio which is managed by the Head Of Department/Director and Assistant Property Manager.

The Role
You will be busy and need great time management, to prioritise the relevant tasks during your three days.

You will be a very valued team member and as such, this is a hands-on and team orientated role, even though, you will spend much time on your own.

Your communication skill-set must be extremely high as you will be speaking with owners, contractors and reporting directly to the Head of Department/Director of the business.

They are a very friendly, small but growing team who enjoy each others company and are keen to welcome a new career oriented team member, to join them and be part of something exciting.

Along with a great environment to work in, you will receive an exceptional PRO-RATA base salary, plus have the use of a brand new, pooled company car to travel in during the day.

Duties & Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Head of Department/ Director
Attend the office to collect and return property keys
Arrange, book and conduct Property Condition Reports (PCRs) | Routine Inspections | Final Bond Inspections
Conduct, complete and send the report to owners while at the property, using Inspection Manager APP
Manage property maintenance
Liaise with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors
No running of a portfolio
Ideal days to work, Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | 9am - 5pm
Skills & Experience


We are looking for the following:
You must be passionate about what you do and desire a career in real estate
You must be able to provide an exemplary customer service experience
You must be trustworthy and transparent in all your dealings
Be a team player and share in the collective success
Must Have
At least - 2 years experience as a Property or Inspections Manager
Previous experience using Inspection Manager and REST (Migrating to Property Tree soon)
Valid Police Clearance (Willing to obtain)
Current WA Real Estate License or Sales/Property Management Registration
Valid drivers license
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Professional presentation
Attention to detail
Desired
Fully vaccinated
Understanding of REST & Property Tree
