    Description

    ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or "villages" for remote workers, providing essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

    This copper-gold mine is based 320km east of Port Hedland in the northern Pilbara region of Western Australia.


    The Position:
    Conduct regular airport inspections and safety checks.
    Monitor and report on airfield conditions, hazards, and incidents.
    Coordinate with air traffic control and ground crews.
    Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.

    Assist in emergency response procedures when requiredThe Person:
    Previous experience as an ARO or similar role is essential.
    Certificate IV in Aviation (Air Traffic Control) or relevant qualification.
    Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and procedures.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work in a FIFO environment and adapt to rostered shifts.
