Group Reporting Analyst - Transformation to support the Group Transformation Management Office (GTO). These roles plays a key part in reporting on delivery and remediation activities across the Crown Resorts properties, addressing matters highlighted by various regulatory authorities, Government inquiries and Royal Commissions.


There is 1 x Permanent and 1 x Fixed-Term opportunity available. These roles can be based in Perth, Melbourne or Sydney

  • Working closely with the Group Program Director Transformation, Chief Transformation Officer and the property GM's for Transformation and Regulatory, this role will Support the design and implementation of Crown's groupwide Transformation Strategy and is a critical driver of our comprehensive organisational transformation. Some of the key accountabilities will involve regulatory engagement, remediation program management, business process improvements, as well as having highlevel stakeholder interactions (such as the Board and Executive leadership teams).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Group Senior Manager Reporting Transformation with all required reporting and providing analysis and insights for all Transformation reporting
  • Reporting for the GTO to ensure core Program Management principles and standards are aligned to the Transformation agenda
  • Working with the Group Senior Manager Reporting Transformation to oversee the design, implementation and progress of the three State based remediation plans
  • Engagement with the State regulators and monitors with regards to the reporting of the property specific remediation plans
  • Manage special assignments as requested by the Senior Manager (Reporting) and Group Program Director of Transformation
  • Leading the reporting for GTO to ensure a strategic approach and executive level reporting on groupwide outcomes
  • Oversee and ensure workstream leads are accountable for the delivery of their respective workstreams on time and within budget
  • Identify process gaps and drive sustainable changes in business processes through adoption of people, technology and systemic changes to ensure change and reform is embedded into ongoing practice

Key selection criteria:


  • Demonstrated experience with working in complex and nuanced regulatory environments
  • Relevant experience in governance, risk management and reporting context
  • Capability in shaping insights from data for all Transformation Steering Committees, Board levels and external monitors and move from detail to strategic context seamlessly
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Appreciation of sensitive political contexts having navigated regulatory environments, government stakeholders and Board level expectations
  • Capability and confidence in negotiation and government liaison
  • A Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Management; Law, Public Management
