    YOU | As a successful candidate, you will display high levels of professionalism, dedication and credibility in all business dealings and demonstrate the ability to build rapport and collaborative relationships. You will have a background in a commerce, finance or banking role, preferably in a rural or agricultural environment. Also highly desirable is your affinity with regional customers and ability navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional Australian Agribusinesses. You will also display:


    • Demonstrated success within the agribusiness finance industry, with a strong emphasis on business development, client management, and strategic planning

    • Proficiency in financial management, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and thorough financial analysis

    • Adeptness in networking and cultivating positive, professional ties with diverse stakeholders

    • Insight into the business dynamics, perspectives, and requirements of agricultural clientele

    THE ROLE | In this role, you'll collaborate with Agribusiness clients, providing customised financial and advisory solutions to meet their immediate and future needs. Serving as a liaison among financiers, business advisors, and multi-generational stakeholders, you'll utilise available resources to safeguard farming enterprises, ensuring their long-term financial sustainability.
