About the Role
We are currently looking for a Cahflow Operations Officer for our high performing BOQ Finance Team in Brisbane.

The main purpose of this position is to work with the team to process IPF loan approvals/declines in line with credit policy.

Some of the key responsibilities which will be undertaken by the successful applicant include:

  • Timely processing of loans within BOQCF Lending Criteria.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Brokers and Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure all loans and endorsements received are processed in line with the current SLA.
  • Monitor and follow up pending loans, engaging key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all communication with clients and brokers is done in a polite and professional manner.

About you

  • Understanding of basic loan requirements and workings
  • Understanding of insurance products
  • Experience with processing high volumes of work
  • Ability to make decisions in line with delegated authority
  • Ability to process high volume of work
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve within authority limits using resources available.
