Mortgage Broker Trainee

About us & the role
Grit Finance is a rapidly growing business offering Mortgage Broking services to our clients.

Through a rapid market demand increase, we require 4 Mortgage Brokers to join our team.

Full time or Parttime
Working with a professional and nice team
Access to broker support network

Duties and responsibilities

Build and create strong and nurturing relationships with new and existing client
Have holistic conversations with customers and give them excellent customer service throughout the whole experience.
To develop business and convert leads into settlements.

About the Role:

Open to all individuals you will be offered extensive ongoing training, development and support, A comprehensive panel of lenders and a twoyear mentoring program.
That's meant, previous working experience is not essential

Remuneration

A competitive commission structure will be commensurate with your effort and outcome. (Commission base only)
We will provide mentorship to trainee until they become independant brokers

Skills and Experiences:

Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectation
Ability to present finance solutions to clients in a clear and effective fashion, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously
A high level of attention to details and numerical accuracy
Be a selfmotivator and a team player
Finance or Accountant Graduate student are welcome
Chinese Speaking (Mandarine and Cantonese) are welcome
