What role will you play

Being an Insurance in Super Product SME, you'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders across product, office of the Trustee, distribution, service and operations, risk, marketing, technology and legal to deliver business outcomes, supporting delivery of projects as well as supporting individual escalated matters as they arise.

You will manage the day-to-day relationship including claims management with our life insurance partners and be the initial point of escalation for insurance related issues.

You will manage product disclosures, collateral and communications for insurance in super, oversee regulatory reporting, prepare and present regular papers to the Trustee Board, and undertake regular reviews of the Insurance Management Framework and each life insurance partner.

What you offer

A minimum of 5 years financial services experience, including life insurance product management
Claims management experience, ideally for insurance in super
Excellent prioritisation, influencing and relationship management skills to agree on the priorities for the team and to manage to tight delivery timeframes as well as presenting to senior stakeholders
A strong risk management mindset with a keen eye for detail
Experience in working with Agile development teams would be beneficial but not mandatory
