We are seeking individuals looking to establish their career in Financial Services by joining a high performing team in the role of Client Service Associate.

As someone looking for long term growth, you will have the opportunity to learn about Private Bank operations from the ground up by supporting a team of experienced Client Service Associates and their aligned Private Bankers.

As the primary support to the team, there will be a range of adhoc tasks that will arise on a regular basis including liaising with and assisting incoming visitors to the office (including client walk-ins, contractors & external service providers), managing mail and courier requirements, ordering and replenishing kitchen supplies and managing stationary orders and replenishing office supplies.

You may also assist on client meetings and meeting room preparations, actively participate in team meetings with a 'continuous improvement' mind-set to better client and adviser outcomes, and work collaboratively with peers to ensure requests are completed accurately and that client records are maintained appropriately.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate high attention to detail, a willingness to learn and a passion for delivery of an excellent client experience.

You will be able to work in a team environment and build strong working relationships with your peers to contribute to team goals.

You will have a strong attention to detail and organisational skills, be operationally and procedurally minded with an outcome focus, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
