What role you will play

As a leader within our wealth space, you will utilise company methodology, team input and your own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.

You will work towards key business results by ensuring consultants are directing clients to self-serve via digital channels.

You will build trust and confidence in the Macquarie brand through quality conversations, use data driven insights to impact change, manage client concerns and ensure all regulatory requirements and health and safety policies are observed.

What you offer

Team leadership experience with strong coaching and communication skills.
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
Ability to have challenging conversations and influence performance.
Experience using data to guide decision making and action planning to address trends identified in call listening, quality logs, IT issues and/or voice of client surveys.
Minimum of 2 years' experience within a contact centre environment as a Team leader is preferred.
