Location: Brisbane, or Sydney

Role Summary: Seeking a Business Development Engineer to drive sales growth in NSW and QLD. Ideal candidates have experience in couplings or gearbox industry. Responsibilities include direct selling, technical support, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through direct selling and effective account management.
Provide technical support to Sales staff and maintain product knowledge.
Analyze market opportunities and implement marketing strategies.
Collaborate with teams to manage stock levels and identify complementary products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in direct selling, preferably in couplings or gearbox industry.
Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel within assigned markets.
